HARVEST Clean Eats Embarks on Expansion Plans with First Location in Toronto’s Revitalized Union Station
Toronto, ON. October 9, 2024 – HARVEST Clean Eats is pleased to announce the opening of its first Ontario restaurant, located in the centre of the newly revitalized Union Station. The proudly Atlantic Canadian brand known for serving real, healthy food made from scratch with clean ingredients is set to open early 2025. This marks an important milestone for HARVEST as it embarks on expansion plans across the country, with additional Ontario locations already signed and in-development.
Bringing HARVEST to Ontario
Since opening the doors in 2020, HARVEST Clean Eats has quickly gained popularity in Atlantic Canada for its commitment to providing healthy and delicious meals, served in a welcoming and warm environment. The menu is comprised of chef-inspired dishes such as power bowls, salads, sandwiches, smoothies and speciality coffee. HARVEST currently has nine locations across Atlantic Canada and is proudly engrained in each community they are found in. Now, the brand is set to share its fresh, chef-inspired dishes with a new community at one of Toronto’s busiest hubs.
As Canada’s largest transportation hub which connects over 300,000 people daily, HARVEST is thrilled to join Union Station’s premium QSR brands, including Shake Shake and Jersey Mikes. “Union Station sets the stage for our expansion plans throughout Canada,” said Connor Stoilov, Founder and CEO of HARVEST Clean Eats.
Expansion Across Ontario
HARVEST’s Union Station location is the first of many in the brand’s expansion plans across Canada. With agreements signed in Kingston and Ottawa, the brand will begin by targeting Ontario’s major cities and plans to open 10 new restaurants in 2025. Future HARVEST locations will continue to deliver on the brand’s commitment to serving up an array of fresh, high-quality meals that are made in-house from scratch with only the best ingredients. “We know that there is a real appetite for healthy, convenient meals in Ontario, and we are excited to meet that demand,” added Stoilov. “Our goal is to make HARVEST a go-to destination that you want to come back to every day”.
