HARVEST Announces Ankit and Aashika Patel as Bayer’s Lake Franchise Owners

Halifax, NS. December 20, 2022 / HARVEST Clean Eats announces Ankit and Aashika Patel as Bayer's Lake franchise owners. This is the fourth restaurant location in Atlantic Canada.

Originally from India, Ankit Patel moved to Vancouver, BC to study Business Administration. In 2017, Ankit decided to leave his MBA and pursue his passion for cooking. Since then, he has worked in notable restaurants such as Cactus Club Cafe, Browns Socialhouse, OEB Breakfast Co., and Earls Kitchen + Bar.

"I was introduced to HARVEST Clean Eats while working as a delivery driver. I picked up food from the Halifax location and the next day I had to try it for myself. Everything on the menu sounded delicious and healthy. Now, I am a proud franchise owner of a healthy restaurant. Cooking for others has always made me happy and the support I have received from the HARVEST team has been first class."
